'Loire' is our two bedroom villa, in the prime location next to the pool! Loire sleeps 4 people all on one level, in a bright, comfortable gite with excellent views over the pool and surrounding countryside.

Loire is level with the pool, and has level access to our car parking area, making it ideal for guests who have limited mobility. The gite also has larger (90cm / 3ft) internal doors to the bathroom and twin bedroom, and the bathroom has a 'wetroom' shower.

Loire has electric heating and is suitable for use all year round.

The gîte

The centre of the gite is the fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) and is open plan to the lounge / dining area.

The twin bedded room opens off of the lounge area and has patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

The double bedroom is to the other side of the living area, and looks out over the surrounding countryside with en-suite access to the shower room.

The shower room is fully tiled and has a large feature 'wetroom' shower - this is practical for all our guests using the gite, but is primarily to allow it to be used more easily by anyone with limited mobility.

Outside, Loire has a private shaded terrace at the side of the pool, and a secluded garden area immediately outside the gite with private barbecue and superb views over the surrounding countryside.
